About Us
Goodhope Chem is a manufacturer of household and industrial detergents under the brand name Bryte Products. Our factory is located in Epping 2, with our head office in Ottery. We operate three outlets—one in the Northern Cape and two in the Western Cape.
Established in April 2023 and legally registered in June 2024, Goodhope Chem was founded by Carmen Januarie, Sandra Olivier, and Bronwyn Stuurman. These three determined women—two from the Cape Flats and one from Rosemoore, George—successfully launched a factory and three retail stores within just one year and seven months.
Our product range includes Dishwashing Liquid, All-Purpose Cleaner, Thick Bleach, Toilet Cleaner, Pine Gel, Fabric Softener, and Laundry Liquids. We also specialize in industrial and hospital laundry solutions, offering Oxy Bright and Aqua High Active.
The COVID-19 pandemic was a defining moment in history, forcing many businesses, both large and small, to shut their doors. In the midst of this crisis, the vision for Goodhope Chem was born—transforming an idea into a thriving business dedicated to producing essential household and industrial cleaning products.
